Place Arch Pads comfortably under arch, in high-heel or ballet shoes.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not bleach, iron, machine dry or dry clean. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight.
• Hand wash and air dry, then spread with talcum powder.
