WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

• Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Air-dry away from heat and sunlight. Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, or tumble dry.
• Keep plastic frames dry. If dirty, wipe clean with a damp cloth, then air dry.

• Do not wear OPPO supports if warming or heat-generating liniments or ointments have been applied to the affected area.
• If rash or irritation occurs, remove the support and discontinue use. Consult a physician immediately. This product should be used only as prescribed by a doctor or therapist. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. If any of the following problems occurs, consult your therapist or doctor immediately: brace causes chafing, loss of circulation, or unusual neck pain, and brace is too loose or uncomfortably tight.
• Recycle device components that bear recycling symbols. Dispose of the remainder in accordance with local, regional, or national law and regulations.
• Serious incidents that occur in relation to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user resides.

Please store at room temperature. Avoid sunlight and/or exposure to excessive heat or moisture.
